: Refund policy :
The refund (less shipping and restocking fees, if any) will be applied to your account once the return is processed in one of our warehouses. Please note that the return process involves several stages, so please be patient in awaiting your refund. Generally following the date of arrival at our warehouse, this process is approximately 10 business days to receive return, inspect, re-stock, issue credit to original form of payment, and for credit/debit card payments for your banking institution to post the refund to your account (in certain instances additional stages are required).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your email address (that was used to make the purchase) and order number.
Oakestry.com doesn’t take title to returned items until the item arrives at our warehouse. A refund may be issued, at our discretion, without requiring a return. In this case, Oakestry.com will not take title to the item for which the refund was issued.
📋 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of the receipt of the item if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
📋 Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants, or prescription medications), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
📋 Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, incorrect product image or incorrect product content due to typographical error or error in information received from the manufacturers, We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or return any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect or erroneous price, listing error in images or product content. Oakestry shall have the right to refuse, cancel or return any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card or PayPal account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Oakestry shall issue a credit to your account on file in the amount of the incorrect price within 2 – 3 business days, or following receipt of return when required. Please allow an additional 48 to 72 hours for the credit to post to your account.
📋 Refunds :
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the full amount of the product and taxes, if any, on your original payment method. The shipping costs are not refundable. If the return is a result of a defect, manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part, your shipping charge on the order, if applicable, will be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
